To me all of these terms, jack of all trades, multipotentialite, multi-passionate, generalist, they are all on the Multidisciplinary Spectrum leading up to Polymathy.

Which is the highest you can really go, being a multi-expert in many fields. Your hobbies are also areas of expertise, and eventually they will become your specialties as well if you keep pursuing them.

This post is inspired by the collection of videos I have found talking on the same subject. While they all will get their own posts more than likely, to really dig down how to manage things. I wanted to take this opportunity to put them all into one post for my members.
