Maximizing your output is a key part of the Creator Equation, and I came up with the Content Blitz for my own sake to expedite progress. Not to mention simply get myself off my butt, and DO MORE.

In a basic sense when you do a bunch of content in a row, such as batching, or just a bunch in a week; It can be seen as a "Sprint", like in project management, which is already a lot of work.

However when you have an array of sprints, in order to get multiple streams of content finished (like for example when you have multiple brands [me] ), then it is a Content Blitz.

Ironically I personally feel that I am failing my Blitz, but I did the same last year. Yet I got 60-80% of the sprints/content I wanted to get done.

Why am I doing this? Why should YOU care?

The Creator Equation is my motivation, as I created it after my realization that my limiting factor was my output!!

For a brief explainer:
Strategy + Automation x Execution = Success

I realized that my strategy for the most part is solid, and really can only improve through data (which I'll get from posting). The automation tools was a limiting factor prior to around 2023, and it was a real struggle for me. Now I have plenty of tools, such as Nuelink, that make a huge difference.

Thus what is left is the "X" factor, the Execution, or in simple terms HOW MUCH am I putting out?

The reason you should care is that I am trying to lay the ground work for you to be able to emulate in your own way. You can get strategy from me, from Gary Vee, or from anyone. You can use your own content tool tech stack. In the end the final portion is the amount you put in, and if I can help you at least start batching. Perhaps after finding a way to do a Content Sprint, and then once you've gotten good at doing them.

After still then you can try your own at doing a Blitz as well!

How I planned it all!

I should note that for me a lot of the planning stages were set already. Think of the equation as a stacking mechanism.

No amount of tools, or even just pure execution/output tenacity, can really replace having a solid strategy. You could just be wasting time. Sure if you post every day, then something will come out of it. However now is not the time for me to explain to you why you need a strategy.

The tools are great, but if the content you start with suck, then even the stuff they help you create will too.

Finally, the ideas, which for someone like me are a dime a dozen. That isn't ego, it is just a matter of I come up with ideas all the time. Not all good, but its just like a river can't stop it. I just do my best to capture them, and divert towards an output.

Over the last decade, in particular the last five years, there have been tons of ideas that have stuck around. Long enough for me to stew on them, and to cook them on the back burner if you will.

Even this post has compounded in more ways than I realized. This video on the Creator Equation for another example: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dpJTsbbOtJU

Using Obsidian Bases (you can in Notion, but not as well), I created a content calendar for this year. Now it is two part, marathon, and sprint.... errr blitz. Maybe three part? Perhaps that's why I am struggling lately, other than being sick this week. I digress.

I had a sprint of posts Jan/Feb, which were remakes of this blog from the time on Substack. My experiment there ended, and I wanted to revamp the posts for the new year. A sprint of remakes.

The marathon is daily content, which for the most part after this "sprint" is just one a day. However during this time has been 1-3 or even 1-4 posts a day.

Once it is completed then I want to do the BLITZ, which are multiple sprints of content, allowing me to PREPARE the content for the rest of the year. While I'll still be doing nearly daily posts each day mind you, there will be about half of the year already scheduled ahead.

Phew that took longer to explain than I anticipated.

Highlighted Tool of the Week: Videobolt

A tool that helps you create various animations, visualizers, and other video creations all in one place. Not only was it one of the original tools from what I've seen, it also has more options than most of them out there.

This was one of the first lifetime deals I ever bought, and while I only use it a dozen times per year. It is always for something really important like a new season intro for my podcasts, I have an audio only guest on the show (need a visualizer), or I need a video for a unique project.

🥡 Takeaways for you

What do you get out of it? Well first I hope that it inspires you to do MORE. More reps, more content, and more Execution.

I'm making this post as it is a sequel endeavor. I did something similar last year (see video below), and I wanted to take that previous experiment further.

This is me sort of creating or perhaps documenting in public. Overall it is an grandiose endeavor, and probably will end in some sort of failure. However it will also end in some sort of success as well.

I hope you take this with motivation to try a big content endeavor for yourself as well!!
