The top 3 tools I use are OpusClip, Videobolt’s free resize tool, and crossclip.
Other than those I don't really use the rest. However I wanted to mention others in case they work for you.
Here are the rest of the tools I came across:
In no particular order.

Why should you make clips?
It is the most important thing you can do for growth as a streamer/content creator.
Nowadays you don't have to scrub your timeline for the best clips, or rely on chat to do it. You can just throw them into a tool, and it spits out already made clips.
I do suggest however to make clips in both ways. Both manually with the Rewind feature in the streaming software/clipping button on controllers, as well as clipping the whole stream in a tool. That way you get the most clips.
How to go about making GOOD clips
Let me start off by stating that I am not sure if I am personally making GREAT CLIPS, but I do try. I often save interesting moments, and repurpose them into clips later. Rather than taking a stream and chopping it up.
Although I try to do that with Opus.
For example the other day I was playing Team Fortress 2, and for some reason there were 7 medics (including me). We played like that for half the round, and it was entertaining. That kind of silliness that only really happens in TF2.
What should you take away from this post?
I would say firstly to bookmark it for later reference, or save it to your Obsidian/Notion database.
Secondly, take a moment and open up each of these links in a new tab. Give each site a once over, and see if the price to feature ratio is good for you.
After that, then pick 3 that you like, and try them out!
